End User License Agreement (EULA)

Far Out is developed by Escapism Softworks and published by Millenary Games.

By installing, accessing, or using Far Out, you agree to the terms of this End User License Agreement.

License Grant

The publisher grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the game for personal, private, and non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

Single-Player Experience

Far Out is a single-player game. The game does not provide multiplayer services, in-game purchases, or subscription-based access.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the game files except where explicitly permitted by applicable law
• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the game without written permission
• Use unauthorized software or tools to interfere with platform services, achievements, or save systems
• Use the game in violation of applicable laws or platform rules

Ownership

All intellectual property rights, including software, design, visual assets, audio, and branding related to Far Out remain the exclusive property of Millenary Games.

Save Data and Platform Features

The game stores save files and gameplay statistics locally and may use platform services such as achievements and cloud saves where supported.

No Warranty

The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except where warranties are required by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer and publisher shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the game.

Termination

This license may be terminated if the user violates these terms or uses the game in an unlawful manner.
